Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day, while those placed after 12 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next available business day. While we strive for prompt service, occasional delays may occur.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are typically not accepted. Returns or refunds will be given for out of stock items. Missing items or Damaged items due to transit must be reported with pictures on the same day of delivery. If deemed defective, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
