Shipping Policy

We offer fast, island-wide delivery, with most orders arriving within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day, while those placed after 12 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next available business day. While we strive for prompt service, occasional delays may occur.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are typically not accepted. Returns or refunds will be given for out of stock items. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer detailed product information and encourage you to contact us with any questions about ingredients, usage, or product suitability before ordering.

Missing items or Damaged items due to transit must be reported with pictures on the same day of delivery. If deemed defective, we will replace the product at no extra cost. Contact us on whatsapp or any of our business pages. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for mistaken purchases, and we are unable to refund Koko/Mintpay payments. All returns for eligible issues must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and with proof of purchase.
